Westchester County Executive George Latimer invites seniors to a free conference focused on aging with vitality.  It is a day designed with seniors in mind and called, Living Longer Staying Stronger.

So mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 6, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mercy College, 555 Broadway, Dodds Ferry.

Donna M. Butts, Executive Director of Generations United, will be the keynote speaker. Her address is "Reaching Across Generations: Building a Longer Stronger Life."

Workshops will include:

• Meditation: Relax, Relate Release
• Effective Communication with your Healthcare Provider
• Spice of Life: Seasoned Seniors and Sexual Health
• Caring is Sharing: Family Caregiving

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Free parkingg will be available.
