| 29 | National Senior Health and Fitness Day Throughout Westchester Activities that range from line dancing to chair exercises, tennis and nutrition will be taking place during the day at locations throughout Westchester. See activities, times and locations. For more information, call (914) 813-6432. The day is organized by the Department of Senior Programs and Services and its Health and Wellness Coalition. It is sponsored by the Mature Market Resource Center, a national information clearinghouse for the older adult market. The 2013 theme for the nationwide program is “Think Healthy, Eat Healthy, Act Healthy…Be Healthy!” |
